These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the mobile app „Sontriva“ (hereinafter „the App“).
By registering or using the App, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
§ 2 Services of the App
Sontriva is an app for complementary support for tinnitus through personalized sound therapy.
The app offers, among other things, frequency-specific sounds, therapy sessions, progress tracking, and statistical analyses.
Some services may be available free of charge and some for a fee (subscription).
Important: The app is intended exclusively for relaxation and complementary therapeutic support. It does not replace medical treatment or professional medical advice.
§ 3 Registration and User Account
Registration is required for full use of the app.
The user must be at least 18 years old.
The data provided must be truthful and complete.
The user is obliged to keep their login credentials confidential.
Section 4 Rights of Use
Sontriva grants the user a simple, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app.
Any reproduction, distribution, editing, or commercial use of the app content is prohibited.
§ 5 User Obligations
The user agrees to use the app only as intended.
Any misuse (e.g., reverse engineering, hacking) is strictly prohibited.
The user is responsible for the data entered by them.
§ 6 Liability
Sontriva is not liable for the effectiveness of the sound therapy. Individual results may vary.
The app is provided "as is." No guarantee is made for uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.
In cases of gross negligence or intent, Sontriva is liable in accordance with statutory provisions.
Liability for health damage caused by the use of the app is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
§ 7 Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in time.
The cancellation period is 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
Prices and subscription durations are visible in the app.
Section 8 Termination
The user can cancel their subscription at any time in the app settings.
Sontriva reserves the right to suspend or delete user accounts in the event of serious violations of these terms and conditions.
§ 9 Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out exclusively in accordance with the provisions of our privacy policy.
§ 10 Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions with effect for the future.
We will inform you of any significant changes by email or in the app.
§ 11 Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
