Health data (special category): The tinnitus frequency and therapy progress you enter are considered pseudonymized health data and are specially protected.

Provision and personalization of tinnitus therapy (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
Improvement of the app and therapy outcomes (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Disclosure occurs only:
To processors (e.g. server hosting, Crashlytics, email delivery) – with a strict data processing agreement
Due to a legal obligation

Account data: Until your account is deleted
Therapy data: As long as your account exists + max. 2 years after last use
Technical log data: max. 30 days
